Refund Policy

You can try MemoriesBack free on your own export before paying. If the paid unlock still doesn’t work for you, we want to make it right.
14-day refund
If, within 14 days of purchase, the Service cannot process your export — for example it does not recognize your files, fails to complete, or does not repair the dates, locations or overlays it is described as repairing — email us and we will refund the full $9.99.
To help us, please include the email address used at checkout or your order ID, and a short description of what went wrong (browser and device, and the message you saw). Please do not send your photos or export files. We may suggest a fix first; if it doesn’t solve the problem, you still get your refund.
How refunds are paid
Purchases are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record, and refunds are issued through Creem to your original payment method. Timing for the money to appear depends on your bank or card provider. When a purchase is refunded, its license key may be deactivated.
After 14 days
Requests after 14 days are reviewed case by case. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
